A beautiful view in the city where such resources are rare, and deserves to be highlighted. The high visibility of the site itself is a great opportunity to create a statement that is striking and will encourage people to explore a new addition to the city landscape.

To create a space which reflects Atal ji personality as a poet, humanist, statesman and a great leader. The whole site must reinforce the concept of the memorial, and not merely be an object set on a plinth.
